When submitting an engineering inquiry through our consultation portal, we collect solely the information you voluntarily submit:
- Your name and institutional or corporate office;
- Your corporate email address;
- Target engagement tier and primary platform requirements;
- Technical specifications, architectural constraints, and project objectives.
This telemetry is utilized strictly to evaluate engineering feasibility, run conflict checks, and schedule technical discovery dialogues.
3. Zero Third-Party Advertising Pixels
Our web infrastructure does not inject tracking pixels, cross-domain session recording scripts, or behavioral advertising cookies. All page metrics are aggregated strictly via privacy-preserving, cookieless server telemetry.
4. Data Subject Rights & Erasure
You hold uncompromised rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act and GDPR to inspect, modify, or demand the permanent cryptographic erasure of any contact records in our custody.
