1. Engagement Structure
Rogue Labs contracts under milestone-based Statements of Work (SOW) or dedicated sprint retainer agreements. Each engagement is governed by explicit performance indicators, security standards, and delivery milestones.
2. Irrevocable Intellectual Property Assignment
Upon settlement of milestone deliverables, 100% of all custom source code, design systems, application logic, and schema definitions are assigned irrevocably and exclusively to the client. Rogue Labs retains zero proprietary claims, recurring royalties, or restrictive licenses over commissioned deliverables.
3. Technical Warranty & SRE Stability
We warrant that code authored by Rogue Labs is original, adheres to clean architectural standards, and is free of critical vulnerabilities at cutover. Every milestone deployment is backed by an automated regression suite and a 60-day post-launch warranty window for immediate bug remediation.
4. Mutual Confidentiality & Security
Rogue Labs executes mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to architectural scoping. We protect client operational logic, trade secrets, and user data with enterprise-grade encryption and access controls.
